REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee for delegates and authors is:

• 660€ (2800PLN) - early registration (paid before January 31, 2025)
• 740€ (3200PLN) - late registration (paid after January 31, 2025)
• 470€ (2000PLN) - early registration student fee (paid before January 31, 2025)
• 560€ (2400PLN) - late registration student fee (paid after January 31, 2025)

For ECCOMAS members 10% discount.

The fee includes reception, lunches, coffee breaks, banquet and social program.

Accompanying Person Fee (payment only in cash on site):

• 600PLN - reception + regional evening + banquet
• 1000PLN - lunches + Sunday reception + regional evening + banquet + social program

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to Anna Smyk
Every participant has the right to cancel his participation in the Conference:
until 31.12.2024 - the participant will receive a refund of the registration fee after deduction of 150 PLN gross as handling costs,
from 01.01.2025 to 15.02.2025 - the participant receives the 50% refund,
from 16.02.2025 - no refund will be provided.
