REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for delegates and authors is 2800PLN (2000PLN for students) if paid before January 31, 2025 and 3200PLN (2400PLN for students) if paid after that date.
For ECCOMAS members 10% discount.
The fee includes Conference Proceedings, reception, lunches, coffee breaks, banquet and social program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to Anna Smyk
Every participant has the right to cancel his participation in the Conference:
until 31.12.2024 - the participant will receive a refund of the registration fee after deduction of 150 PLN gross as handling costs,
from 01.01.2025 to 15.02.2025 - the participant receives the 50% refund,
from 16.02.2025 - no refund will be provided.
