REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for delegates and authors is 2500PLN (1700PLN for students) if paid before January 31, 2023 and 2800PLN (2000PLN for students) if paid after that date.
For ECCOMAS members 10% discount.
The fee includes Conference Proceedings, reception, lunches, coffee breaks, banquet and social program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to Anna Smyk
Every participant has the right to cancel his participation in the Conference:
until 31.12.2022 - the participant will receive a refund of the registration fee after deduction of 150 PLN gross as handling costs,
from 01.01.2023 to 15.02.2023 - the participant receives the 50% refund,
from 16.02.2023 - no refund will be provided.
In case:
The activity is co-financed from the state budget under the programme of the Minister of Education and Science called 'Excellent Science' project no. DNK/SP/548041/2022 subsidy amount 63 470 PLN, total project value: 263 470 PLN
